At Sardarji Perfumewale, all purchases are final.

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

No Return & No Refund Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for:

  • Change of mind
  • Fragrance preference
  • Opened or used products
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Orders successfully delivered to the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Unboxing video (recommended)

After verification, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
