1. Scope of Replacement

We offer a replacement-only policy. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Replacements are strictly granted under the following two conditions:

Damaged in Transit: The perfume bottle is cracked, shattered, or leaking upon arrival.
Manufacturing Defects: The spray pump/atomizer is non-functional, or there is a visible defect in the packaging that compromises the product.

2. Reporting a Claim

To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify our team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Required Documentation: To process your claim, please email us or message our support line with your Order ID and a clear Unboxing Video or high-resolution photos showing the damage/defect.
Verification: Claims made without visual proof or after the 48-hour window will unfortunately not be eligible for replacement.

3. The Replacement Process

Once your claim is verified by our quality control team:

We will ship a brand-new bottle of the same fragrance at no additional cost to you.
You will receive a new tracking number once the replacement has been dispatched (typically within 3–5 business days).

4. Non-Eligible Items

Please note that we cannot offer replacements for:

Products that have been used significantly (more than 2-3 test sprays).
Fragrances that do not meet personal olfactory preferences (scent "dislikes").
Damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
